We believe that every individual should be provided with the necessary resources to live in the home and community of their choice. We recognize that there are times when skilled care, such as Home Health, is necessary. But there are times when you need just a little help around the home.

For those times, when just a little assistance is all you need, the 3 Rivers HOME program offers a non-emergency, individually tailored, affordable option.

We will, assist you in developing a service plan and hiring an attendant whom you will direct. You will receive a bill for services rendered. 3 Rivers will be responsible for payment of attendant, applicable taxes, workers compensation, and unemployment insurance. Simplify your life while receiving the assistance you need in your home!
