We believe, that every individual should be provided with the necessary resources to live in the home and community of their choice; to live a full and productive life.

To achieve this, Three Rivers offers an individually tailored, private pay program for persons with disabilities that do not qualify for state funded in-home services.

We will, assist you in developing a service plan and hiring an attendant whom you will self-direct. Three Rivers will be responsible for payment of attendant, payment of applicable taxes, workers compensation, insurance and unemployment insurance.

You will be billed semi-monthly for the cost of services delivered.
