Timesheets

The HCBS Medicaid Waiver program requires the use AuthentiCare to clock in and out.

If your worker is unable to use AuthentiCare to clock in or out for their shift: 

  • We have provided a time sheet link below for those instances when you are either unable to access AuthentiCare due to a technical difficulty
  • If you missed a clock in our out for a shift

If this does occur, you must contact 3Rivers FMS staff 785-456-8573 immediately so we can fix the error for you. 

Reminder: If your worker calls in to tell us they missed clocking in or out, you must verify this information before 3Rivers can enter your worker’s time into the system.      

Reminder: By supervising your worker’s check-in and out with AuthentiCare, you are providing your approval of their time worked and authorizing 3Rivers to pay your worker for that time provided it falls within the guidelines of your plan of care.
