We believe that everyone should have the necessary resources to live in the home and community of their choice. We recognize that there are times when skilled care, such as Home Health, is necessary. But there are times when you need just a little help around the home. For those times, when a little assistance is all you need, 3Rivers HOME program offers an individually tailored and affordable option.

We will assist you in developing a service plan and hiring an attendant whom you will direct. 3Rivers will be responsible for processing payroll for your attendant, applicable taxes, workers compensation, and unemployment insurance. You will receive a bill for services; no worrying about administrative responsibilities. Simplify your life while receiving the assistance you need in your home!
