My Transition My Career
3Rivers facilitates the Flint Hills area My Transition My Career (MTMC) program. View the MTMC website. MTMC projects, are focused on supporting communities to enhance collaborations across existing local systems to improve the experiences and outcomes of youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they transition between school and working in the community.
The goal of this program is to ensure the voices of transition-aged youth with disabilities and their families are reflected in local transition systems and services.
